Enabling Surcharging

1. Create Direct Debit Agreement

In order to surcharge your customers card payments, you will need to setup a direct debit via dashboard. Once this is completed, you will be able to enable surcharging.

2. Fill in your bank details

In order to setup surcharging, please fill in your company information.

You Will now need to fill in your bank details.

3. Enable Surcharging

Once your direct debit has been created, you will be taken back to the surcharging page. You should now be able to activate surcharging for your account.
